There are two issues here


1. The font spacing - that isn't going to be possible.
2. The issue of printing.

Let is start by saying that Word will only print what the printer driver will allow so as a general rule, custom page sizes are out. Use a standard paper size and make up the difference with the margins (see below)

Insert the images(s) in line and set the alignment to Centred.
