Default Section Break not working for Page Numbers

I have a thesis document (Template that I used online).

I would like to create Roman Numerals for Pages 2 - 5 (Abstract to List of Figures). However it seems like there are 2 section breaks, 1 for Title and Abstract and then 2nd one for Table of Contents through to List of Figures.

I do not want to display Roman Numeral (i) on Title page, however would like to display page number (ii) from Abstract to List of Figures Page.

I cant seem to break the section breaks to get the above format. Any help on solving this would be much appreciated. Thanks
