Hi guys,
I am a newbie with MS Word generally. I am amending some documents using MS Word 07. Throughout the document are terms like \\servername and \\siteid , which are currently substituted using Find and Replace manually everytime we change site and server. Is there an easy way without using AutoCorrect to change these fields all in one go. Preferably at the top of the document with a nice presentation table where they just enter the site/server details then perhaps a macro or something changes them all. AutoCorrect has been asked not to be used due to alot of our people having it turned off by default. Many Thanks! |
