Hi guys. Thank you very much for your suggestions. I did research on all methods suggested above and I can't quite seem to figure it out. The userform would be a great option but it's a little too complex for a newbie.

StyleRef Field looks like it may be able to solve my problem but I can't figure it out for Mac.



If someone can give me a brief walkthrough of how to approach that, that would be great!
