It's not a question of one's personal preference in alphabetizing. It's a question of what system Microsoft Word uses. Apparently they ignore the hyphen, while other programs treat the hyphen as if it were a letter. It would be helpful if Microsoft were more explicit in using such rules. I will have to change the format of the other program I am using in order to have them agree on page numbers.
