Watermarks are built in the header and having different header settings can make them disappear on other pages. They are simply graphic elements that are in the header. Go to one of the pages without the watermark and look at the header.

When you are in the header for editing, what is the title of the header?

• i.e. Header?
• First-Page Header?
• Even Header?
• Odd header?

Make a note of this.

Which section is designated? This can be different in different sections.

Take a look at the header on each of the other pages where the watermark does not appear. Make notes.

You can, when in the header on a page where the watermark is shown, copy that watermark and paste it into the headers where it is not shown.

Remember, when you want to undo this, you will have to go to each of these headers and delete the watermark.

Header/Footer Settings Recap

I've checked every page, chose the header on each page and according to the header and footer tools, every header is the same. If you notice in the screen shot (screen shot taken with header chosen) some text is very light where some other text is much darker. I have checked the text formatting and all are the same, I have no idea as to why this is happening.
Now, lets throw a monkey wrench in, on one page where the text is darker, the water mark doesn't show up at all, yet on other pages where the text is the same, the water mark shows up. Yet again, in 2 cases the water mark is there but is broken, in other words part of an "a" and part of an "f" shows up but the rest of the word is missing.
I have gone through the document line for line checking it with the ribbon, looking for anything that might be out of the ordinary and everything, from what I can see is the same. I have no idea as to why this is happening
