Cool Word 2010 doesn't open HTML-files properly

I'm trying to fix a problem like this:

If I open a simple html-file

HTML Code:
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
Test input <input type="text" size=10>
</body>
</html>
for editing with Word 2010 it was displayed as in first attachment.

When I check "Show field codes" it shows - see attachment 2.

There are computers with similar configuration in our office which have not such problem (we use virtual computers with Windows 7 and Office 2010).

I've read all I can find about HTML and Word but can't find a decision. All first-level settings in Options for "good" and "bad" computers are identical (especially in Advanced section). I've tried also to copy normal.dotm from "good" computer with no positive results.

Any suggestions?
