Word won't open up properly
I had to refresh my computer because it had so many errors. I now have windows 8.1. I reinstalled microsoft office. I am having a problem with "word" though. It doesn't want to open in the normal format. Attached is they way it wants to open. I can only open it via adobe. It didn't do this before when I had 8.1 installed. I am hoping it is just a matter of a wrong setting. Thanks.

Hi PattiChati,
The document you're trying to open is a PDF file. Word 2010 & earlier cannot open such files. For that you need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or an equivalent program.
