i have a long document with a level-1 heading shown on 10 pages straight. i don't want it to show up in the TOC 10 times.
the document was created through a mail merge so it would very tedious to change all the text to a different level besides the first time it is shown. please help thank you -adam |

You can either change the TOC so that it does not reflect that heading level. Then mark the one you want with a TC entry.
