Smile TOC - want certain levels to only appear the first time they are in the document
i have a long document with a level-1 heading shown on 10 pages straight. i don't want it to show up in the TOC 10 times.
the document was created through a mail merge so it would very tedious to change all the text to a different level besides the first time it is shown.
please help
