0.2 cm seems too small a value for most bullets. Note that all measurements in the Adjust List Indents dialog box are relative to the left margin (of the page, table cell, text box or any container where the bulleted list is located).

"Bullet position" is the position of the bullet. "Text indent" is the position for the second and subsequent lines of each bulleted paragraph. And "Add tab stop at" defines the position where the text starts (on the same line as the bullet).

Actually, "Add tab stop at" is provided mainly for backward compatibility; I always set it to the same amount as "Text indent."
