Example -


Create a new letter size and the document is always 8.5 X 9

Go to page layout size it says it's 8.5 X 11 but according to my eyes, the rulers and everything else it's 8.5 X 9.

Doesn't matter what I select page wise it's always exactly 2 inches short on one side - (portrait or landscape it's always short on the long side. )

Driving me nuts -

If I open an existing document it's fine so I've been able to work around but I'm tired of creating new documents and having to update/delete everything.

I think I worked on a document that was in fact exactly 2 inches short that I received from someone and it did start happening after that but I can't figure out how to revert whatever setting that was.
