Default Is it possible to make such chart in Word?

Hi,

I need a customizable chart, like the one in the picture, for Word 2010, and I don't know how to make it
The thing is, I had to apply 60 tests to 15 people for a school project. Each one must show a person's score to a test. I have tried making these charts in PS, but they look pretty bad and it's also taking me a lot of time to modify the scores for each person, everytime - that's why I would need a single chart, which I can later modify as many times I want.

The chart in the picture shows a person's score for depression. It has the following elements:
  • a minimum score (which is 0) and a maximum one (63)
    specific intervals: from 0 to 14, from 14 to 20, from 20 to 29 and from 29 to 63
these intervals represent the severity of depression as it follows: minimal, mild, moderate and severe

My question is - is it possible to make such chart in Word? I wasn't able to customize it like in the picture.

Thank you

If you have the data in an Excel workbook, you could generate the charts via a mailmerge. For the mailmerge field codes and a demonstration of the kind of output that can be generated, see:

The chart scale & legend could be modified without much difficulty to replicate your example.

Oddly enough I have been working on a chart merge application for some weeks and I uploaded the finished version to my web site - http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_charts.htm earlier today.

It should be possible to create a chart close to what you want in Excel and use the add-in to merge it into Word document(s).

In just a couple of minutes I cobbled together the attached, which you could use as a data source to test the premise.

Thanks to both of you. I'll start working on the chart in a few minutes and with this new info I hope I'll be able to customize it as I want.
Thank you again
