Default Is it possible to make such chart in Word?

Hi,

I need a customizable chart, like the one in the picture, for Word 2010, and I don't know how to make it
The thing is, I had to apply 60 tests to 15 people for a school project. Each one must show a person's score to a test. I have tried making these charts in PS, but they look pretty bad and it's also taking me a lot of time to modify the scores for each person, everytime - that's why I would need a single chart, which I can later modify as many times I want.

The chart in the picture shows a person's score for depression. It has the following elements:
  • a minimum score (which is 0) and a maximum one (63)
    specific intervals: from 0 to 14, from 14 to 20, from 20 to 29 and from 29 to 63
these intervals represent the severity of depression as it follows: minimal, mild, moderate and severe

My question is - is it possible to make such chart in Word? I wasn't able to customize it like in the picture.

Thank you
