restricting sections of a document

Hey there,
Ive made a document that has fields that need to be filled in by a user but at the end of the document I have 3 pages that require the user to be able to sign the form using the pen tool (stylus). I have tried restricting sections of the form but have not been successful with this.

Anyone know of a way to do this??
