Yep, as Charles states above the distance to the edge of the page is determined by your printer. You can set the Top, Bottom, Left and Right margins through Page Setup to 0 however your printer will probably cut off a section from the image if you have it go to the edge.
The only way around this is send the document or picture to a professional print company and have them print it for you as they will have the ability. |

Or use a full-bleed-capable inkjet printer. They're readily-available if you know what you're looking for.
