I am trying to remove all margins to be able to print a picture full page. Any ideas? Please help!

Most printers cannot print edge-to-edge. The amount that is allowed is determined by the printer driver.

Yep, as Charles states above the distance to the edge of the page is determined by your printer. You can set the Top, Bottom, Left and Right margins through Page Setup to 0 however your printer will probably cut off a section from the image if you have it go to the edge.

The only way around this is send the document or picture to a professional print company and have them print it for you as they will have the ability.

Or use a full-bleed-capable inkjet printer. They're readily-available if you know what you're looking for.
