Do you really suppose I'd have said so otherwise? Do remember I can't look over your shoulder to see what is in your document or what else there might be about your document or system that might affect things.

Have you tried the same link in other documents, by copying it:
• afresh from the website; or


• from your existing document,
and pasting it into a new document? Have you tried other links from the same document? If so, in what cases does it work/not work?
