Stupid question, but what do you mean by non-sensitive?
On the file form, I tried getting them to accept a PDF with form fields, but they want to be able to edit content in the future if they need to...they're not the most computer-savvy people around. Basically all they needed me for was compiling ALL their content into one typed up and formatted file...which they now want me to retype. |

Not stupid at all – we should always ask when we aren't sure. In this context, it means 'information your company would not want strangers to see'.
