Hi,
I'd like to know the visual difference between Combo Boxes and Drop Down Lists. I'm going through several documents where the creator was supposed to use only Combo Boxes but they confused the two and sometimes used Drop Down lists and sometimes used Combo boxes and now I need to sort through them and change them all to Combo boxes. Problem is, if they don't have bounding boxes or start/end tags, how do I tell them apart? Can I tell this from the Properties pop up? Thank you! :::::: update :::::: If you look at the Properties for the Content Control in Developer mode, Combo Boxes always have "Choose an item." as an option in addition to whatever you wanted to choose between. Drop Down lists do not, they simply list the options you wanted the user to choose from. ![]() Last edited by proghy; 09-16-2014 at 12:01 PM. Reason: Figured it out on my own, thought I'd share in case anyone wonders in the future |
