For whatever reason, MS decided to not reveal the field codes for INCLUDEPICTURE fields in the docx/docm formats. Temporarily switching to the doc format is a viable workaround in most cases.

For pictures you shouldn't need the macro solution - the field code solution should work just fine.

The ^& in a Replace expression says to use the found string in the replacement.
