Question Table of Content in "table" format

Hi everyone,

I have the basic knowledge of how to generate a TOC in MS Word 2010. But however I am having difficulty in generating a TOC in a "table" format. I have a attached a file which has this said style of TOC. Please explain me how to make this kind of TOC.

I know of no way to automatically generate such a TOC. You could take an automatically generated TOC, which is a field, and unlink the field (making it text). You could then convert the text to a table.
