Default Underlined Purple Text and "formatted" boxes at side of document

Hi guys

I'm trying to fill in this document.

https://www.gov.uk/government/public...aking-euu-form

It has XML schema (I think) applied to it so when I attempt to fill the boxes in on the form all the text is purple and underlined.

Also when I delete words it puts a line through them instead of deleting them

And when I change the text formatting options it puts boxes to the right of the page with the changes ive made.

When I print the document all these things are on it.

I have tried to remove the XML schema without luck.

I click developer/schema/schema libary > then click what I want removing and click delete schema. It asks me if I want to, I click yes and it says I dont have enough memory or permission and to contact admin.

I've spent last 2 hours trying to sort this out so I can just fill the damn thing in normally. Can anyone help please before I destroy my monitor and mouse. Thanks.
