msfordummies is on a distinguished road
Default Text disappears (but headings and text boxes ok) when printing 1 page of a document

I have a 3 page document. Page 1 and 2 are in portrait orientation within one section and are made up of different outlined text boxes full of text, and page 3 is in landscape orientation in section 2 and is an image. The same header runs throughout the 3 pages.

When I go to print the entire document, it prints ok. However, when I click the option to print a single page (ex. Page 1), a specific range (ex. 1-2, or 2-3), or "Current Page" the text literally disappears from the text boxes and the header, but the outline of the text boxes and the logo in the header remain.

I've also tried printing pages by identifying sections and pages (ex. S1P1, S2P3, etc.) but it only will print the 3rd page in landscape orientation.

Right now, the only thing that is working is converting the file to a PDF and printing specific pages from there.

I've attached a few screenshots for more clarity.

Please help! Thanks!

Hi msfordummies,

The issue may be a faulty printer driver. This is especially so if you can 'print' the page to PDF or it works fine with other printers. I suggest checking the maker's website for an update.
