Default Is there a way remove periods at the end of every bullet in a document?

Hello,

I have a document that is a couple hundred pages long, and the writer put periods at the end of every bullet:

What I want is this - periods removed at the end of every bullet (If the last character is a period, remove it):

Is there a way to remove periods at the end of every bullet (or specific styles) throughout the document that does not require a macro? I do not have the knowledge to program such a thing.

Could Find & Replace somehow be used?
