OK.
When I paste an image into a table, I do not have a rotation handle. If I click on the image, a rotation handle appears. This is true whether it is a screenshot, a smartshape, or an image from a camera.

Is there anyone who can tell me how I can paste a screenshot directly into Word and get the second form as shown in my first image attached here? I don't like the one with a green rotation handle above it. Thanks.
