Still having PgUp issues in Word 2007. Near as I can tell, PgUp works fine unless preceded by more than 7 instances of PgDn - in that case, PgUp works twice, then freezes.



If I hit PgDn 6 times, then hit PgUp 6 times, I'm back at the beginning of the document. If I hit PgDn 7 times, need to hit PgUp 8 times to get back to beginning. And then when I hit PgDn 8 times, PgUp freezes after the second hit.

Any idea what might be causing this behavior? Not using any third-party add-ins.

I can't reproduce the freeze on my system in any version of Word. That it does not get you back to the start reproduces in Word 2010 and 2013 as well as Word 2007 but not Word 2003.

Have you tried repairing the Office installation (e.g. via Word Options|Resources|Diagnose)?

Does this apply to all documents, or just one? If it only occurs in one document, that suggests document corruption.
