Template .cab/.dot download?

I downloaded a timeline template from MS (C:\Download\TP001016265.cab).

When I open the cab file with 7 zip I see:

C:\Download\TP001016265.cab\01016265.dot\

containing a list of files that appear to be 'parts' of a whole and not a workable template (image attached).

I'm suspecting that I'm not working correctly with the original downloaded .cab file?

Copy the .dot out of the .cab to your hard drive. I have no idea what the apparent components you are seeing are.
