Question Agenda template - userform

Bird,
This document (attachment at https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/....html#post3400) is amazing! I love what you have done with the user form to update the bookmarks. I want to use this in my document but would like to add a little more functionality. I am creating a meeting agenda/minutes document and want the userform to open and ask for the agenda items. When they select enter, a new table would be added to the document for each agenda item. Is that possible? I am going to start with just altering agenda items using the user form for now. Very nice work.

Before you spend too much time on this, look into the Agenda Wizard from Word 2003. It works in Word 2010.

Change the name to Agenda.wiz and put it in your user templates folder. If you want to examine the code, change the extension to .dot so you can open it in Word. It is a sophisticated userform with pages hidden and revealed.

That is a cool wizard and actually does more than I really need it to. I could use it but I have to use the company template for meeting agenda/minutes. We have one for Management review meetings and one for regular meetings, both of which have the same layout. All I need to do is ask for the agenda items and have word create the tables for each agenda item. The layout must remain the same. Thank you for the heads up though, I appreciate your time.

I suspect that the Agenda Wizard could be adapted to your format. BTW, it also prepares a pre-printed sheet for taking minutes.

Update, the vba code in the Agenda wizard is not locked. It could be modified to customize the resulting Agenda and minutes sheet. Not necessarily a minor task, but certainly do-able.
