Before you spend too much time on this, look into the
Agenda Wizard from Word 2003. It works in Word 2010.
Change the name to Agenda.wiz and put it in your user templates folder. If you want to examine the code, change the extension to .dot so you can open it in Word. It is a sophisticated userform with pages hidden and revealed.
