You can use AutoCorrect in Outlook, if that acts as the email client for your email providers. (I use Outlook with gmail and expect it would work with hotmail.)
You would add the AutoCorrect entries in Word, though. AutoText and Autor Corccert are very different program features. Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word
