Hi,
Is it possible to save MS Word documents to normal Keyboards for quick access? Basically, I sell unlock codes and i get quite a lot of messages so i wanted a quick way to reply to their emails using one of the default saved messages. Is it possible to save some of these documents to Keyboard memory so I can reply quicker? its something like speed dial on mobile phone. Thanks for any help. |

Sure. Put them as AutoText, and have them inserted with a keyboard shortcut. This would work in Word, but I do not know what you mean by "Keyboard memory". Keyboards do not have memory.
I take you are using Word as your email editor. |

Look up Autotext. However, I do not think this will work for gmail or Hotmail, as these do not AFAIK do not use Word. This is a Word forum so I am wondering why you are asking a Word question. Yes you can use autotext to put text into a Word document.

You can use AutoCorrect in Outlook, if that acts as the email client for your email providers. (I use Outlook with gmail and expect it would work with hotmail.)
You would add the AutoCorrect entries in Word, though. AutoText and Autor Corccert are very different program features. Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word |

Not sure AutoCorrect is viable as the OP seems to be wanting to use a defined chunk of text.
