I am sure this is simple but just cant get it .
What I am trying to achieve is, 12 in total, equal sized, rectangle shaped boxes. each box to have a much smaller box equal length on the top and the bottom of said box. boxes cannot touch. I want the ability to enter and remove text from the upper and lower boxes of each box and the ability to easily place different photos in each box. i need this for work ASAP. please see my example. and help guide me if you can |

Since you haven't provided any information about your page dimensions, it's a bit hard to know what the requirements are. The attached documents provide for A4 & letter stationery, with 1/4in margins all-round (about the smallest you can use). If you make the side margins wider, the tables should adjust to fit the new widths. If you adjust the top/bottom margins, you will need to manually adjust whatever row rights you wish to change.

Sorry about failing to add the size of everything. But yes A4, for the picture rectangle height is 2in and width is 1.5in equal space going 4boxes across stacked 3high with a box on top and below 1/4in high and 1.5in long with the bottom town of picture and text boxes flush with the margin on the bottom of the page. I could not open your attachment in office mobile so I will have to wait till I get home. Thank you in advance

Given the additional parameters, try the attached.

Thank you Paul, this is a 90% fix for what I am trying to accomplish, I am hoping you can help with 1 last thing. I am going to add my company logo and a border. Is there a way to lock down the formatting of what you did along with my logo and border, where if I place this on our share drive and employee can only change a photo and edit the text boxes? I would describe it as, if you had this sheet already printed out with the outline, logo and border, then had to fill in to information by hand, but in my case using Microsoft word.

See attached. It's about as secure as you can get - without a password on the editing restrictions (which you can add).
You'll need to allow Word to run macros but, with that, you'll have a fully-functional document into which users can insert only titles, pictures and values where indicated.
