Have it so the user can only start the process; either by a BeforeSave, or a OnExit type of macro. The macro, once started, does the processing then protects again. Look at:

Thanks for the quick response, but I'm even more confused now. I haven't created many macros. In the link for the macro that you provided am I supposed to copy the whole text (it was 4 pages long)? The text is in three colors: blue, black, and green. Is language in all three colors included in the macro (or just the blue, or just the black, or just the green)? Sorry to bother you, but I'm feeling very dense after reading about the macro. Thanks! |
