Thanks for the quick response, but I'm even more confused now. I haven't created many macros. In the link for the macro that you provided am I supposed to copy the whole text (it was 4 pages long)? The text is in three colors: blue, black, and green. Is language in all three colors included in the macro (or just the blue, or just the black, or just the green)? Sorry to bother you, but I'm feeling very dense after reading about the macro. Thanks! |

Or, you can download the sample. It has the macro in it. You are going to have to learn at least a bit about macros if you want to do this. You could put the sample in the Word Startup Folder and use the macro from your forms. You could even assign the F7 key to the macro in your form. |
