Default Word 2010 Section page number Formatting

I need help with Word 2010 Section page number Formatting.

I have a book with three section breaks.
In first section only a title page is included; it has no header/footer information; it works.
In Section 2 I would like to number the pages I, ii, iii, etc. I can’t separate it from the continuous page numbering in the next section.
In section 3 I would like to start with page number 1; desired format “Page 1 of ##”; this format done in section 3 carries backwards to section 2.
Can this be done?
I have the following reference books at hand:
“Using microsoft Word 2010” by Tim Huddleston with Michael Miller.
“Picture Yourself Learning Microsoft Word 2010” by Diane Koers.
“Microsoft Word 2010” by Faithe Wempen.
I also have the inability of reaching the SettingFormat for a Page-Numbering Code tab because of my format/style settings. Tia JP
