Hello,
I'm currently running WINDOWS 8.1 OS and MICROSOFT OFFICE WORD 2013. I'm happy with the Program, however when compiling a Document, the Inverted Comma Key has to be struck twice for the symbols to appear. There are usually 2 sets of Commas and one has to be deleted. The Key is only supposed to be hit once. I've uninstalled the Program and reinstalled it to no avail. A Computer Technician said it was the Keyboard, which has also been replaced without success. What could be the problem ?. T. |
