Default Help needed aligning field boxes

Sorry if my description is incorrect as i am a word newbie...i dont know the correct name for these boxes?

Ok so this is probably basic but i just dont know how to space and align some text boxes. If someone has the time to direct me it would be most appreciated. Basically i increased the font size but the boxes are to close which cuts part of the text out. I have a screenshot. I want to resize formatted billing address to accommodate a larger font. Thus needing to enlarge all the box and realign all of them...

thanks

You can use a table. Add or delete borders as desired.

Sorry, I should have clarified that I meant it would be easier to use a table instead.

What you have look like text frames. To verify this, right-click a border and see if the right-click (context) menu says Format Frame. If you click the command, you get a dialog box that lets you resize the frame, or you can use drag and drop.

You will have to position the frames manually, for example by using the options in the Frame dialog box (for each individual frame).

Unfortunately, you can't use the Align options on the Page Layout ribbon tab; those are only available for wrapped shapes, text boxes, and images.
