I am trying to print one of my Word docs. I have had it over a year and suddenly every time I go to print it tells me that the margins are our of range. They are all set to 0.7" Then when I go to print it asks me to fix the margins. If I tell it to fix them the "Bottom" margin jumps up to 2.67". Don't know what this means. Cant get the error to resolve and the bottom of my docs are getting cut off.
I am using MS Word 2003. Help please!! Last edited by wranglerman4you; 12-22-2013 at 11:20 AM. Reason: Adding more info |

Make sure that the correct printer is set as the default in Windows. If you are running a computer which isn't connected to a physical printer, you can use a virtual printer driver such as the Microsoft XPS Printer or one of those PDF converters that installs itself as a printer.
If you already got the correct printer, try reinstalling the driver.

Hi Stefan. The correct printer is set as the default in Windows and I did re-install the driver recently. No luck. Any other ideas?

Perhaps the margins are too narrow, then? Most printers do have a nonprinting area. If you usually set wider margins, you may not have noticed this limitation before.
