Hi there,
Is there a way to find comment bubbles quickly instead of having to scroll thru the entire file to find them? Thanks Michelle |

Is there a reason for not using the Comments:Previous/Next options on the Review tab?

Perhaps OP has become used to something like the Comments pane in Acrobat :-} there's a difference between being able to step through – which is always useful, of course – and being able to get an overview.
If I'm in Word, I tend to put comments in as separate paragraphs with their own style and set up a custom ToC for the overview; but this is an exception in my daily work. |
