Creating Table of Contents From a Custom Style
I would like to create a Table of Contents automatically from my chapter headings and sub headings.
At the moment, I have created a custom style for the headings, but MS Word doesn't create a TOC based on this style. It will only create a TOC for an already built-in style. Any ideas what I can do to have Word recognize and use my custom style in the TOC? Appreciate the help, JH
