Prevent users from changing - align text

I have a lot of cells in my document, where the text in all the cells are aligned to the center.

Is it possible to prevent the user from changing the align position, so that the text can not be moved to the left or right ?

I have protected most of my document, but I can't find the option to lock this feature.
