In the Find/Replace dialogue, under Special, you'll find an entry for 'Find what text' (i.e. the text you're 'Find'ing). That's what the ^& is. The ^32 is merely a space character - you could use a space instead but those don't show too well in forum posts. FWIW, you might find ^0160 (a non-breaking space) works better.
