Dear all,
I have a Form with list (thanks to admin of this forum) which contains 25 positions. I want to have much more, the best will be unlimited, but Word not allowed me to add the next ones. Is there any solution? |

I am assuming you mean a drop-down form field. Is this assumption correct?

Well, I'm not sure about the name of it, but it works like this: when I click, the list show-up and I can choose one of the positions, after push in TAB on keyboard, more additional info about this position show up below the list. The only problem is that Word max q-ty is 25, and I need much more (I have many different addresses of companies to insertion).

That is what it is and you have reached its max. To get more you have to go to programming and vba. See the Diane Chapman's articles listed in the additional materials section of Making Forms with Microsoft Word. (oops, just checked and those articles are gone)
Here are solutions I found doing a Google search for "dropdown field limit word" http://www.vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=968 http://www.wordbanter.com/showthread.php?t=100803 http://vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=5 Jay Freedman, Greg Maxey, and fumei are all proven programmers. |

Ok, I'll have a look at them. I think Jay Freedman is my solution. Thank you Charles!
