Default Adding captions without numbers (Word 2011 forMac)

I want to add captions to photos without numbers (i.e. "Figure 1, 2,..."). I simply want text captions (i.e. "Dad"). How can I do that?

I realize that captions are defined in Word as having numbers, so maybe what I want is not called a caption by MS. But whatever it is called, how can I do it?

I also want my text to wrap around both my photo and its caption.

Thanks!
Dan
