Default Numbering levels don't print correctly

Hi,

I have a number of tables where I want to number each row using third-level numbering.

i.e.
Code:
1.1.1
1.1.2
1.2.1
1.2.2
1.2.3

*new table*

2.1.1
2.1.2
2.1.3
2.2.1
2.2.2

etc.
I've accomplished this by inserting numbering into the first column, indenting it to force it to third level, and then using "Set Numbering Value" to restart the first or second levels where required.

When editing, this displays exactly how I want it.

However, when I print, or use Print Preview, the first / second levels of numbering are displayed separately each time the first or second levels of numbering restarts.

i.e.
Code:
1
 1.1
   1.1.1
   1.1.2
 1.2
   1.2.1
   1.2.2
   1.2.3
Does anybody have any ideas?

EDIT: My colleague tried this and it printed fine on hers. We're using the same versions of Word, and we have the same default printer.
