Hello everyone,
I have the problem with creating forms using Microsoft Word. My system is creating reports using Microsoft Word. The problem is each report can have different content in different sections. For example, Page header in one document can have different content than page header in different document. And for example Page header from 2009 can just have one different sentence than form from 2010 etc. I’d like to avoid creating each form separately which could be annoying and time consuming. Also, I do not want to put everything in one document because it also can be inefficient way to resolve this issue. If there is any condition which I can use? For example, print this part if it is for this business. My database is SQL. Is there any way to build forms from many different word documents using Microsoft Word and SQL? I’m not sure if I explained it in good way. Thanks for any answers |

Have you looked at Mail Merge? It is not always for producing many copies of the same form with different information. Sometimes it is for producing many different forms with one set of information at a time.
