Headings
Dear Ismcal...
I attach your document with the styles that you appear to have asked for. All second level headings are on same indent or perhaps you want all headings off the margin - wasn't sure. Kind regards janinecrutch.com

Wow thank you so much for this!! It works perfectly.
I managed to add an extra layer of headings, and have been trying to add: A1.1 underneath A1 but it's playing havoc with the formatting! If you have a moment, could you explain how to do this or add it to the document I've uploaded? Much much appreciated.

Headings
Hi Ismcal...
Attached is a do over in your document with Alt1 1-9 assigned to Heading 1-9 as before. You don't say how your numbering is played out - do you want body text to follow each heading or as I have done in Heading 2 - Heading 3 follows. Kind regards janinecrutch.com
