Word 2000 frozen, then not working even after re-install

I know it sure works for me

Use to drive me insane about why Uninstall/Reinstall would NOT solve a problem, particularly with a darn browser

See, in the M$ Universe there are 2 big misnomers:

The generic Uninstall is NOT a true Uninstall

Just as Delete is NOT a true delete (It only removes a file name -- Why you can restore a deleted file, if done fast enough; and why cops always confiscates a computer from a bad guy)

In both instances you have to drill way, way deeper
