Word 2007 resizes image after pasting

Hi,
i am trying to paste an image in Word 2007. The problem is that Word only allows up to a fixed length image to be properly pasted.

My image is 650px length, 400 height.

If i paste it, the image gets resized, quality is TERRIBLE.

I can select "Format picture"->"Size"->"Scale" to scale the image back to 100%, but quality is already gone.



How to paste my iamge without word resizing it?
